Ellen is a great agent! She treats her clients like her own family.  We were shown many homes because of our personal needs/situation. It took us about a year for us to find a home.  Ellen was with us the entire time and did not give up on finding the right home for us. When we found our home she did all she could to get what is right for us. She came with us for the home inspection and took notes so we could listen to the inspector.  She came for the contractors when they gave estimates for repairs to be done.  She communicated with the seller's agent on our behalf to help us get what we deserved. Because of family allergies she gave instructions to the cleaners.  She found the missing window screens.  When it was time to move, Ellen helped us clean and donate items to families and people who really needed them!
